    This month we introduced a different format for presentations. There
    was one main presentation followed by a number of Lightning talks,
    then a demo. The Lightning talks ran 5-15 minutes, followed by
    0-10 minutes for Q&amp;A (15 minutes are allotted total, so Q&amp;A
    time (Tqa) is simply 15 - Tt, where Tt is talk time). The demo ran
    for 25 minutes, followed by 5 minutes of Q&amp;A.

    Main Talk

        "All the World is a Filesystem: What FUSE is and Why You Care" by
        <a href="http://www.jmglov.net/">Josh Glover</a>
      </p>
      <p>
        Josh explained <a href="http://fuse.sourceforge.net/">FUSE</a>
        (Filesystem in UserSpacE), introduced a few neat filesystems built
    on top of FUSE, and mentioned his
        <tt><a href="http://sourceforge.net/projects/s3fs-jmglov">s3fs-jmglov</a></tt>.
        A future Lightning talk will be used to present <tt>s3fs-jmglov</tt>
    once the code advances beyond Proof-Of-Concept stage.

        After the meeting, we continued chatting over a few beers and
    some Japanese food at a local Tengu, then hit the
